Estrogen-related receptor gamma (ERR-gamma or ESRRG) is also known as NR3B3 (nuclear receptor subfamily 3, group B, member 3). GST-tagged Estrogen-related receptor gamma ligand-binding domain (ESRRG-LBD) consists of a 218 a.a. GST tag (Schistosoma japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase, Acc# 1M99_A), a 15 a.a. flexible linker and a 224 a.a. ESRRG-LBD, Acc# NP_001429, amino acids 235-458 (details). GST tagged ESRRG-LBD was expressed in baculovirus-infected insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography (Fig. 1). ESRRG-LBD was produced in the absence of detergents and exogenous ligands to ensure advanced performance in ligand-binding assays and coregulator displacement studies. |
