For added convenience and upon customer request, Profectin™ transfection reagent can be provided free of charge with the purchase of any AB Vector baculovirus DNA product. The Profectin™ quantity provided will be sufficient for transfection of the purchased DNA and must be requested at the same time when placing order(s) for baculovirus DNA products*. Additional Profectin™ vials can be obtained separately (Cat. #T10, Cat# #T20). Profectin™ Transfection Reagent is ideal for transfection of DNA into Sf9 or Sf21 Spodoptera frugiperda cells. A detailed transfection protocol is provided in our convenient Baculovrus tutorial. Storage Conditions: Store the vial in vertical position at +4°C; do not freeze. Profectin™ Transfection Reagent is guaranteed stable for 4 months when stored properly. *Attention: we can provide adequate amount of ProFectin™ transfection reagent at NO CHARGE with the purchase of any linearized baculovirus DNA. However, in order to receive ProFectin™ at no charge you’ll have to order it with the DNA and indicate “NO CHARGE” instead of the dollar amount. You would not receive ProFectin™ unless you include it in your order. The amount of FREE OF CHARGE ProFectin™ is limited to 50 μl for 2 or less vials of DNA or 100 μl for 3 or more vials of DNA. Additional amount would not be provided free of charge. |
