The Profectin™ quantity provided will be sufficient for transfection of the purchased DNA and must be requested at the same time when placing order(s) for baculovirus DNA products. Additional Profectin™ vials can be obtained separately (Cat. #T10, Cat# #T20). Profectin™ Transfection Reagent is ideal for transfection of DNA into Sf9 or Sf21 Spodoptera frugiperda cells. A detailed transfection protocol is provided in our convenient Baculovrus tutorial. Storage Conditions: Store the vial in vertical position at +4°C; do not freeze. Profectin™ Transfection Reagent is guaranteed stable for 4 months when stored properly. |
