Purified GST-tagged human RXR-gamma LBD |

Retinoid X receptor gamma (RXR-gamma or RXRG) is also known as NR2B3 (nuclear receptor subfamily 2, group B, member 3). GST-tagged RXR-gamma ligand-binding domain (RXRG-LBD) consists of a 218 a.a. GST tag (Schistosoma japonicum Glutathione S-Transferase, Acc# 1M99_A), a 14 a.a. flexible linker and a 247 a.a. RXRG-LBD, Acc# NP_008848.1, amino acids 217-463 (details). GST tagged RXRG-LBD was expressed in baculovirus-infected insect cells and purified using affinity chromatography (Fig. 1). RXRG-LBD was produced in the absence of detergents and exogenous ligands to ensure advanced performance in ligand-binding assays and coregulator displacement studies. |
