Steroid receptors
	Steroid receptors are classic members of the nuclear receptor superfamily that are among the most important drug targets (details). (Dahlman-Wright et al., Pharmacological reviews, 58: 773-781, 2006; Lu et al., Pharmacological reviews, 58:782-797, 2006). AB Vector provides recombinant baculoviruses encoding all major steroid receptor's ligand binding domains (LBDs) in fusion with a GST tag (GST-LBD fusions) under control of strong polyhedrin promoter.
