	BV-SOD1-GFP™ is a recombinant baculovirus which provides for high level expression of GFP-tagged human SOD1 (Acc# CAG46542). A GFP tag (Aequorea victoria green fluorescent protein) is fused to the C-terminus of full size SOD1 via flexible Ile-Ser-Gly-Gly-Gly-Ser-Gln-Lys spacer. The fusion protein is expressed under control of a very strong p10 promoter and exhibits strong green fluorescence (GFP reporter).
