	Green Control Plasmid (GCP) is a polyhedrin insertion site plasmid transfer vector encoding Aequorea victoria green fluorescent protein (GFP), (Acc# AAA58246) under the control of Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus polyhedrin promoter. Recommended use: positive transfection control with ProEasy™ linearized baculovirus DNA. It can also be used as a positive transfection control with BaculoGold™, PacPAK6™, ProFold™-0, ProFold™-PDI linearized baculovirus DNA. Not suitable as a positive transfection control with Bac-to-Bac™.
