| pAcAB3 is a multiple plasmid transfer vector which can be used for expression of up to three proteins of interest in the polyhedrin site of the Autographa californica nuclear polyhedrosis virus DNA (Belyaev A.S. & Roy P., Nucl. Acids Res., 21: 1219-1223, 1993). PCR fragments encoding proteins of interest can be cloned in lieu of p10 or polyhedrin promoters using any of the unique restriction endonuclease sites located immediately downstream of the promoters. | ||
